Processing and delivery

• Orders are processed and ship within one business day.
• Average US delivery is 3 to 6 business days after dispatch.
• Free US shipping on the 3-bottle and 6-bottle routines. A small shipping fee applies to single bottles.
• Every order ships from the authorized 2026 production batch documented on our verification page.

Tracking your order

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships, handled through our checkout partner BuyGoods. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder, then contact [email protected].

Returns and refunds

Reviva Glow is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee. To start a return, email [email protected] within 60 days of delivery and we will send simple instructions. Once your return is on its way, we issue a full refund, even on empty bottles. You cover return shipping. Full details are in the refund policy.

Wrong or damaged item

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right at no cost to you.
