Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 60 days of the delivery date, on any package, opened or unopened. The guarantee applies to product purchases made through our authorized checkout partner, BuyGoods.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your order number and the email used at checkout. We will reply within one business day with return instructions and a return address.

Return shipping

Customers cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend a tracked service so you can confirm delivery. There is no restocking fee.

When you are refunded

Once your return is in transit, we process the refund to your original payment method. Banks typically post the credit within 5 to 10 business days.

Exclusions

Requests made after the 60-day window, and purchases made through unauthorized third-party sellers, are not covered. Reviva Glow is sold only through this portal; we cannot guarantee or refund products bought elsewhere.
